In an attempt to make registration easier, we have provided you with the following Registration Packet.

This is NOT an online registration. You will only be able to print these forms and manually fill out the required information. You must fill out these forms and bring all documentation (including USA Hockey registration printout) and payment to GPYHA conditioning or tryouts.
